Knowing the right things to say is always important. Sometimes silence is key. The quiet people always seem to have all of the answers and know everything that's going on, which I find curious.
I know lots of people who aren't afraid to speak their minds and always be loud about everything. Often though, I find that some people don't have filters on their minds. They just say whatever they feel that they need to. This can be beneficial and it can be disastrous. I think we've all had those moments when someone asks us if they look okay, and they clearly don't, but we say that they look fine anyways. Some people just say straight out the truth for everything. But I think that at other times, maybe it's good to just smile through something and let whatever happens happen.
I like to be observant of things and be silent. I think that this helps you because you can pick up on more things that are going on around you rather than if you're always speaking about what you think. You can have a collection of multiple opinions and different facts that you hear throughout the day. Lots of people say that you always have to look out for the quiet ones because they know everything. Maybe they don't know everything, but they will probably know more than those that are more out-spoken and you could possibly learn from them as well.
