Do you ever wonder what the number of the radio stations mean, ask why the sky is blue, or wonder why you have to do things in your life? I know that I do. It's the little things in life that don't make sense to us, but that we accept anyways. Why is it that we just accept these little facts? I think that it's because those aspects don't mean much to us or our lives...they don't make any difference to us.
Yes the sky is pretty when it's blue, but I think that it would serve the same purpose if it was green or yellow or even red. The radio station numbers...well I still don't know what those mean, the only difference is the different songs that you hear when you change the numbers. These little things are such a small parts of our lives that end up making no huge impact at all in the grand scheme of things.
If you were to know the answers to all of these questions, would it make a difference to you, would it give you a little peace of mind? It's funny to think of all of the things in our lives that are of such little importance to us and that we take for granted. We don't think twice about these things and we tend to just skim over them as if they don't matter. I think that maybe it's a good thing to question things such as this, and just for once have something that's irrelevant be part of your life.
