The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. At least, that's what everyone tells you. Is it a baby step or one giant leap for man-kind?
"People watching" at public places that are highly populated is so much fun...especially in airports. You see people from all over that have different styles of clothing, diverse hairstyles, the latest make-up, and worn-out, sparkly, and sometimes dressy shoes too. I think that the way you dress tells a lot about you. From the color of your shirt, to the thickness of your soles, it's different for every person.
Everyone is headed somewhere different in life. Most people aren't concerned about how to get there, they just know that they have to end up there somehow. Up until now, I've only been thinking about getting done with high school, getting out of high school, getting out of the state, moving on with life, and surviving college. It just never occurred to me that life continued after college. Although I know exactly what I want to do in life, I had never thought about how long I would be studying at college, where I will work, how to pay for everything, and other important things along those lines. Most people overlook the fine details of situations and end up doing more work than if you had planned it out.
I think that no matter what you do in life, getting there is half the fun. You make mistakes and hit a few bumps, you can hit high points and surge forward fast. Just remember to keep good walking shoes on your feet and some self-defining characteristics with you as you go.
