Some people just walk through life so easily. I often wonder why they get to do so when other people have to fight for things that they want and push through tough situations. Maybe it has something to do with a previous life, or maybe it's just how people view other people in this world.
Sometimes I feel like people whiz by in the fast lane of life, getting everything handed to them on a silver platter while I sit and work hard for everything and earn what is mine. Working for something on your own can be good, but can sometimes be discouraging. I believe that someday karma will catch up to those people who skip forward. We'll all get evened out eventually.
I've come to find that the most interesting people are the ones that are quiet or seem to have been covered up by someone else's successes. The diamonds in the rough, if you will, are the ones that turn out to be better than those that have been a sparkling silver most of the time. Finding people with amazing stories to their lives is like finding mirrors in a dusty room. It just takes a gust of wind to uncover something beautiful.
