Have you ever had a perfect golden colored leaf float down to the ground in front of you? Did it fall fast, or zig-zag back and forth through the air a few times before settling at your feet. How many times do you look at the airplanes and contrails in the afternoon sky and wonder where they're going? I know that I do.
Little kids that run around asking why the sky is blue is so cute. Even though their repeated questions of "but why?" can get annoying, it's good that they still have a sense of wonder and imagination. I don't think that many people today have much wonder left inside of them. Society tells everyone pretty much how and why everything is, so no one asks and dares to step on the other side of the line.
I think that it's healthy for not only you, but for people around you if you ask lots of questions. Sometimes you get surprising answers; like, why do the leaves change colors? Does it really mean that someone's thinking of you if it falls in front of you on the sidewalk? and why is the sky blue? I don't think that there's ever such thing as a stupid question, everything has an answer, and everything has a purpose.
