A little smile will go a long way. After a long day, or maybe a long week, you're tired, grumpy, and not in the mood for much fun. It's always nice to have someone there to smile, because smiles seem to be contagious...and with them, come good moods.
We all love laughing, it's a given because when you laugh, it automatically makes you happy...you can't frown and laugh at the same time. Smiles are the same, a smile isn't a smile if it's a frown. There's this light that comes with them that just makes you feel good. You can hear someone smile in their voice over the phone, you can see it in their eyes, and you can notice when one is trying to be hidden.
Smiles are something that you can always count on not only to be white and bright, but also uplifting and contagious. I am one of those people who likes to smile often and make other people smile. See how far you can spread your smile...it will really end up brightening your life.
